Experience

One HCMS architecture for a group in 10 countries

The Nusva Advisory team is currently the HCMS architect for a group operating in 10 countries across many legal entities. We have been involved since the first blueprint: cross-entity organization data, HR process flows and system integration.

We also build and run seven applications of our own: Nusva OS (SME Operating System), Nusva Kerja (ATS), Nusva People (HRMS), Nusva Learning (MOOC), Nusva Insight (Talent Profiling), Nusva Search (Talent Search) and Nusva Finansial (Sharia Cooperative).
